These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Securiki platform, including our web portal, mobile applications, and associated services (the "Service").
Securiki is a Business-to-Business (B2B) service. Your use of the Service is governed primarily by the master subscription or enterprise agreement between Securiki and your organisation (the "Customer"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement takes precedence.
The Securiki Service requires compatible, authorized smart lock hardware to function. The software is provided free of charge to authorized users, but cannot be utilized without purchased, provisioned hardware.
Accounts are provisioned by your organisation's Securiki Administrator. You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials (passwords, passkeys) and maintaining the security of your mobile device. You must promptly notify your Securiki Administrator if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Securiki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted here. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
