Securiki ("we," "our," or "us") provides enterprise physical access control solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application, web portal, and smart lock hardware (collectively, the "Service").

1. Enterprise Context & Account Administration

Securiki is a Business-to-Business (B2B) enterprise product. Your account is created, provisioned, and managed by your organisation's Securiki Administrator. Your organisation is the data controller for the information associated with your account, and we act as a data processor on their behalf.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide our services:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and role assignments provided by your administrator.
  • Device Information: Device identifiers and platform details for device binding and security purposes.
  • Location Data: Approximate location data (Bluetooth LE) to detect proximity to authorized smart locks. We do not track continuous GPS location.
  • Access Logs: Audit trails of lock operations (e.g., unlocking a door), which are visible to your Securiki Administrator.
  • Authentication Data: Passkey metadata. We do not have access to your biometric data (FaceID/TouchID), which never leaves your device.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
  • We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.
  • We do not sell your data to any third parties.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the Service. This includes our cloud infrastructure providers and other partners, purely for the purpose of facilitating lock management and solution delivery.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Because accounts are enterprise-managed, data retention is subject to your organisation's internal policies. You may request account deletion directly through the mobile app ("Profile > Settings > Request Account Deletion") or web portal. This request will be routed to your Securiki Administrator for processing in accordance with your company's policy.
